If you do not collect your goods and they are shipped back to us, you will recieve a refund on the goods, however, you will be charged for the shipping costs incurred.

* In the unlikely event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, Custom Luggage can not accept responsibility. For guaranteed delivery, a customer must request insurance of $10 per order.

All warranty issues are dealt with by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. If a problem occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer/distributor for a direct resolution of your warranty claim. Please do not return the item to Custom Luggage for resolution, however you may contact Custom Luggage for assistance.
