Internet orders are dispatched daily, Monday to Friday.
Shipping is handled by Australia Post*. Here is an indication of shipping times:

TAS, SA, NT and WA = 8-10 working days

Longer over Christmas and Public holidays.

Please check with the local post office if you have not received your goods. Often they are waiting there to be collected.

*Note: If you are not home when your goods arrive they will be left at the local post office, and the post office will notify you that your goods are waiting to be picked up. If you do not collect your goods and they are shipped back to us, you will recieve a refund on the goods, however, you will be charged for the shipping costs incurred.

* In the unlikely event that a package is lost or damaged in transit, Custom Luggage can not accept responsibility. For guaranteed delivery, a customer must request insurance of $10 per order.

Each item Custom Luggage sells, comes with its original brand warranty. We stand by the warranty and will gladly replace any items that are faulty within the advertised warranty period. We will also cover all shipping costs. That’s right. We know it’s not your fault and we don’t expect you to have to pay for your item to be replaced.

We try to ensure all our products are shipped free from defects. If there is a problem  with your goods when you receive them, simply contact Custom Luggage and we will organise to have the item replaced for you at our expense.

Warranties Over Time:
All warranty issues are dealt with by the manufacturer or distributor of the product. If a problem occurs with your purchased item within the period covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer/distributor for a direct resolution of your warranty claim. Please do not return the item to Custom Luggage for resolution, however you may contact Custom Luggage for assistance.
